We have extensive expertise with LAM equipment and LAM parts, for which we provide service, support, technical assistance, and refurbishment. We also sell new/refurbished LAM systems and LAM parts within our range of expertise, which includes all LAM legacy equipment that no longer receives sufficient support from the market, such as the Alliance, TCP, Rainbow, and AutoEtch families.
