  • We work mostly with LAM end users, but we work with LAM rebuilders and equipment dealers if the situation is right.

  • One of our primary focuses is building LAM Alliance Process Modules for end users to add on to their Alliance Transport Modules.

  • We support all 4 generations of LAM legacy etchers, mostly in 150MM (6”), and 200MM (8”) technologies, and less commonly the 100MM (4”) and 125MM (5”).

  • We supply parts to our customers to support their LAM etch systems. We can also refurbish most parts from your LAM etcher. Some parts that we support often are:
